Provider and access

ContentFactory provides an environment and tools for agents. You use your own account and subscription for a supported agent, such as Codex or Claude Code.

Eligibility and available countries

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the service agreement. If you act for a business or another organisation, you must be authorised to bind it. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Access depends on your country and the eligibility requirements of the providers and payment services involved. Under our access policy, the service is not offered to individuals located in Russia or Belarus or to organisations established there. Do not bypass applicable sanctions, export controls or provider restrictions. Available interface languages are not a list of countries where the service is available.

Agreement and price

An application is only a request for access. It does not create an account or by itself constitute acceptance of a paid agreement, payment or renewal. Before paid activation, we provide a quote stating the service scope, total price, currency, applicable taxes, usage charges, billing period, any renewal and cancellation and refund terms. The agreed terms, their version and your acceptance must be recorded during onboarding; merely visiting the website is not acceptance. Keep a copy of the terms you accept.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for lawful instructions, rights to uploaded materials and required permissions for voices, likenesses and personal data. Review outputs and obtain any clearance needed before publication. AI output may be inaccurate, non-exclusive or infringe third-party rights; originality and copyright protection are not guaranteed.

You authorise processing, storage and transfer to involved providers only as needed to perform your requested service. You do not transfer ownership of your content to ContentFactory. Third-party rights remain unaffected.

Charges, cancellation and service limits

You purchase your own agent subscription separately. Charges for ContentFactory access and requested operations follow the quote agreed before paid activation. You can request cancellation through support. Applicable consumer rights to cancel and obtain refunds remain protected; unused balances and services already delivered are accounted for under the agreement and applicable law.

Access may be restricted to address unlawful use, a security threat or breach of these rules. This does not remove any mandatory refund, notice or remedy rights.

Responsibility, changes and complaints

You remain responsible for your content and use. ContentFactory remains responsible for duties and liability that applicable law does not permit it to exclude. Kyrgyz Republic law governs without displacing mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings before a competent court under applicable law. These terms do not require an exclusive court in Kyrgyzstan or mandatory arbitration. Material agreement changes follow applicable notice and cancellation requirements.

Send service or rights complaints to support@content-factory.art, identifying the affected material or operation and the grounds. We review complaints and communicate action or a justified further timeline within the applicable legal period. These terms do not prevent recourse to a competent regulator or court.
