Who handles data

This notice covers ContentFactory. Relevant information about processing, recipients, locations, retention and your rights must be provided before the data concerned are collected, including when you apply for access. A connected agent client and external websites have their own data handling terms.

The operator determines the purposes and means of processing applications, account administration, billing and support data. Where we process personal data in customer content on that customer’s instructions, the parties’ roles and any required processing terms must be agreed separately before that processing begins.

Applications and account use

The registration form collects your language, email address and reason for interest. Google Forms stores responses and links them to Google Sheets so applications can be reviewed and you can be contacted about access. Do not put passwords or sensitive information in the application. An application is not marketing consent.

Account and project details, uploaded files, instructions, generated results, operation and usage records are processed to provide the requested service, account for usage and support users. Login uses Google reCAPTCHA for security, fraud and abuse prevention.

Purposes and external providers

Necessary application and service processing supports steps you request before a contract and performance of the service. Legal obligations and proportionate security interests may also apply; separate consent is requested where legally required. Consent is not a substitute for identifying the correct legal basis.

Requested generation or analysis can send relevant instructions and media to the involved provider. Hosting, Google Forms/Sheets, login security and selected production providers handle different data. The applicable cross-border processing arrangements and provider-specific conditions must be explained before the relevant data are collected. No general promise about every provider’s training or retention practices is made here.

The current service architecture includes Google Cloud application infrastructure in the United States and Yandex Cloud media workers in Russia. Tasks routed to those workers may involve transferring selected files and instructions to Russia. Locations and conditions for other production providers depend on the selected operation; the relevant recipients and safeguards must be disclosed before the corresponding collection or transfer.

Do not submit datasets subject to special processing or location restrictions until supported handling has been agreed.

Retention and your requests

Retention depends on application review, active service, legal recordkeeping and dispute requirements. Data should no longer be kept when its purpose and lawful retention basis end. Provider resources and backups may have separate deletion processes; clearing browser storage does not delete them.

Contact support@content-factory.art to request the processing details, access or a copy, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. We may need proportionate identity verification. Legal retention duties can limit deletion; you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
