Acceptable use

Use material you are entitled to use

Have the required rights, licences and permissions for source material, voices, likenesses and personal data. Respect third-party terms when importing content. Review output before sharing or publishing it. The availability of an import or generation tool does not grant permission to use its sources.

Disclose AI generation, synthetic media or use of a person’s likeness where applicable law or publication rules require it, and retain legally required provenance information. Review these requirements before sharing. Do not assume that the platform automatically adds the required labels or preserves every required provenance record.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for copyright infringement, unlawful impersonation, fraud, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or other unlawful content or conduct. Do not bypass access controls, extract another user’s private data, distribute malware, evade agreed limits or misuse third-party accounts.

Reports and enforcement

Report an issue to support@content-factory.art with the affected URL or asset identifier and supporting grounds. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may restrict the affected material or access while reviewing a complaint or security issue, notify affected users as required and provide the applicable review process. User responsibility does not remove the platform’s legal obligations.
